BACK TO HOCKEY - IS BACK!

We are running our Back to Hockey / Give Hockey a Go! sessions at Saffron Walden HC from Sunday 28th Apr - as always these are aimed at beginners, those that have played in the past or who play for our lower teams.  If you would like to come along please let me know and if you know anyone who may be interested, please feel free to forward these details along with my email/ mobile number. 

Just a reminder of the details - 

Sessions are mixed but are strictly for adults - sorry no children!  We go through all of the basics and build on these during training and finish with an 11 a-side game on the last weekend.  We are also running beginner fitness/ circuit training on Wednesday evenings for those that want to come to these too; these are also aimed at beginner/ intermediate fitness levels and focus on hockey specific fitness

• Hockey Training - Sunday mornings 9:30 to 11:00 am starting 28th Apr and finishing 7th Jul 19 (except Sun 23rd Jun which will be from 9:00 to 10:30 am)
• Fitness Training - Wednesday evenings 7:00 to 8:00 pm starting 1st May and finishing 3rd Jul 19

If you are already an adult member of Saffron Walden HC there is no charge, otherwise there is a fee of £25, which covers all training and fitness sessions.  We recommend you bring gum shields, shin pads and either trainers or astros but we have some sticks that can be borrowed.
